Sara Milstein

Chief Marketing & Brand Experience Officer

Sara Milstein is the Chief Marketing & Brand Experience Officer for the Y in Central Maryland. She is responsible for the development and implementation of the brand strategy and experience across all touchpoints -- internal and external.

Sara has held senior positions in marketing for more than twenty years and has helped build many brands in the health care, retail and non-profit sectors including The Nature Conservancy, Johns Hopkins Medicine, The Taubman Companies, The Maryland Lottery and Children's National Medical Center, among others. 
Prior experience includes direct service and public policy work in human services on both local and national levels.

Sara graduated from Hampshire College in Amherst, Massachusetts with a degree in Education and Social Science. Her Board and community service affiliations include The Fund for Educational Excellence, Loyola University Marketing Advisory Board, City Schools Enrollment Task Force,  CASA of Baltimore (Court Appointed Special Advocates), and the United Way of Central Maryland. She has two children and lives in Baltimore City with her dog, Pete.
