Get Your Body Moving

The Y offers indoor, outdoor (seasonal), virtual, and water exercise classes to Y members. Classes vary by location and are open to all fitness levels.

Outdoor classes and other select classes may require tokens. Tokens are available at Y family centers, after you scan in. They are distributed no earlier than 30 minutes before class and should be given to the class instructor.

A WIDE VARIETY OF CLASSES

Below is a few of our most popular classes.

BODYPUMP*

[STRENGTH] A total body workout that challenges all of your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises such as squats, presses, lifts, and curls. Led by a Les Mills-certified instructor.

CARDIO DANCE*

[DANCE] A choreographed dance class using high and low-impact aerobic dance moves to elevate your heart rate and energize your body! Dance styles and music vary.

CYCLE*

[CARDIO] An instructor-led indoor cycling class for a phenomenal cardio workout! Includes various drills and cardio challenges.

YOGA*

[MIND/BODY] A balanced class that is both relaxing and invigorating. This practice builds strength, increases flexibility, and promotes a sense of inner calm. Connect with your breath as you lengthen and strengthen your body.

BARRE

[STRENGTH] A whole body workout that combines elements of ballet, yoga, Pilates, and strength training. Movements are done at a slower pace to focus on alignment and aim to build strength and flexibility. 

PILATES

[MIND/BODY] A mat-based workout designed to activate deep muscles while balancing the strength and flexibility of all muscle groups. Controlled movements are used to focus on proper alignment to streamline and improve posture. 

EVERFIT

A low-impact class focusing on joint stability, range of motion, posture, and balance. Perform exercises and movements to improve mobility and the functional fitness needed to complete everyday tasks.

CARDIO KICKBOXING

[CARDIO] A high-intensity cardiovascular workout that combines martial arts, boxing, and aerobics. Improve stamina and coordination in this non-contact class.

ZUMBA

[DANCE] This high-energy fitness party is a fusion of strengthening movements and easy-to-follow dance steps to the tune of Latin and International music. Led by a Zumba-certified instructor.
